1.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Refund requests must include specific concerns or dissatisfaction with the delivered work. Requests without clear reasoning may not be eligible for review.
1.3 If you believe the work does not meet expectations, you may request a revision or a different tutor. Partial refunds may be considered based on the nature of the issue.
1.4 If the delivered work does not meet academic standards, you may submit the file and relevant grading feedback for review.
1.5 Full refunds are available if the order has not yet been assigned. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be considered based on progress and deadlines.
1.6 Refunds are not available for completed or delivered orders unless there are verified quality or deadline issues.
1.7 Clients placing multiple orders with similar instructions should notify support promptly to avoid duplication. Refunds may not apply once work has started.
1.8 Refunds are not applicable if delays are caused by missing instructions or lack of communication from the client.
1.9 If delivery exceeds the agreed deadline, a partial refund may be considered based on the delay and order value.
1.10 Refunds do not apply to delayed revisions. Clients are encouraged to allow sufficient time for quality revisions.
1.11 Once a refund is requested, the client may not use the delivered work. Academic Assistance reserves the right to reuse or publish the material.
1.12 If plagiarism is suspected, please provide valid evidence. We will offer a free revision or partial refund after review.
1.13 Clients may request a free revision or redo if dissatisfied. Once a revision is underway, further changes may not be eligible.
1.14 If a revision is still unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be considered. Refunds are not available if the work has already been submitted to an institution.
1.15 If our team does not respond within three business days, clients may request a full refund.
1.16 If the work does not meet the passing criteria, clients may request a redo or partial refund after review.
1.17 We encourage open communication to resolve concerns. Chargebacks without prior discussion may be considered a breach of policy.
1.18 Clients initiating chargebacks without contacting support may be subject to further review and action.
2.1 Refund processing may incur a fee of £10 or more. Orders of low value may not qualify for refunds but may be eligible for future discounts.
2.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
2.3 Academic Assistance is not responsible for transaction fees or bank charges incurred during the refund process.
2.4 If there are delays due to banking issues, our billing team will reach out to provide updates.
